LOGLINE: Over a cup a tea, two beautiful women (one a tad younger and more beautiful) duel viciously but politely over a man of no importance.

SLAMDANCE 2025 SHORT SCREENPLAY COMPETITION FEEDBACK: “This comedic short is very amusing from the get-go with Helen being feisty right away telling Penelope she’s here ‘to take your husband of course.’ The banter between these two stylish women, one a wife, the other her husband’s lover, is laugh-out-loud funny and as the writer describes, Oscar Wilde-esque.”

The screenplay was adapted from the play of the same name. Below, I’m participating in an Alliance of Los Angeles Playwrights program “In Our Own Voices” where I’m reading the part of that titular unimportant man.
