Logline:
In this short comic play, a Lady, who is BORED, BORED, is rescued from that boredom by her butler, Mr.Dickie. It is a sequel to the play A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE. Both plays both serve as homages to the wit and style of Oscar Wilde.
The play was selected for a public reading (blind submissions, outside jury) on Oct. 10, 2021 as part of the annual Alliance of Los Angeles fall event called Pandramatica! that year. As it was held during the pandemic, the festival was on Zoom. In the below screen shot, Justin Park plays the butler, Mr. Dickie, and Demitra Sealy the Lady. The play was directed by myself.
