I was born and raised on the Jersey shore – Long Branch, birthplace of Dorothy Parker, Norman Mailer and the poet Robert Pinsky. The real place of course is far different the “reality” show of that same name. So, in fact, it was a good place to grow up. And a good place to escape from, as I quickly became a New Yorker where I earned a BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, and an MA from NYU interdisciplinary Gallatin School….

Then after an important stop in New Haven to attend the Yale School of Drama Playwriting program…

I became an Angelino where I’ve worked for 20th Century Fox Film studios – 20th Century Studios, a division of Disney, Focus Features, and Warner Brothers.

While I began in theatre and have been produced around the country, I began making films in 2010. I’ve also had prose and poetry published.
